Minimum Qualifications to be considered for Millis Training Institute admissions:

• Must be 21 years old
• Must complete DOT physical (or have a current one, not older than 2 years)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public
• No major accidents or moving violations on current license in the last 5 years
• Must have a minimum of a high school education

Highlights of the MTI Program:
 

• Earn $600 per week as a Millis Transfer employee starting on your first day of training
• Start at $0.44 per mile and receive a 1cent per minute pay raise every quarter
• Small class sizes at 6 convenient locations
• Professional & seasoned Instructors provide one-on-one training
• Become a full time driver for Millis Transfer upon graduation
